HOW TO PUT THE FILES ON THIS MP3 AUDIO GUIDE SYSTEM?

(1) Just use the USB cable to connect this device with your computer.

(2) (The files which we put inside the samples just for your reference and for test. You can delete them and store 

the new files one by one. You also can see the file names and see how do they named.) 

Please give all of your file names one by one. (Generally customers will store different languages when they use f

or different Tour teams.)

Sometime use only one language, sometime several languages.

Please note you need put your master catalogue files name from “0001” 4 numbers. 

For example, the first sight spot uses this name “0001”, and the second sight spot uses “0002”, “0003, ….etc”

Then “0001” is the first file. From this file, you can put 12 languages below this file. (you can call it subdirectory.)

For example, the below file names should be “00_0001”, “01_0001”, “02_0001”, …... “11_0001” etc.

And the first two numbers “00”, “01” …… “11”, etc. mean the languages order. Here the “0001 ”is your file name 

for the scenic spot. You can use your own name for this file. 

Just make sure it is after “00_”, “01_”, etc.

For file “0002”, same way names the below files with different languages.
